The project aims to create an effective environment for the development, realization and social integration of students from the Roma minority in the municipality Krichim by facilitating access to education process and increase their desire to visit the school and extra-curricular activities in educational structures. The project aims to reduce the number of dropouts and at-risk of dropping students from the Roma ethnic minority educational process in Primary School "Vasil Levski" Primary School "Sv. Sv. Cyril and Methodius" and High School "P.R.Salveykov" by: improving school environment; application of methods for integrated interactive training organized clubs and interest groups on the Project; career guidance to students; changes in parental relation to the educational process and their support for the inclusion of their children in school life; improve ethnic tolerance and tolerance in Krichim Municipality and others. The proposed project contributes greatly to improving the learning environment in schools partynori and to make the place attractive for students from Roma ethnic minority groups. Organizing various activities described in the relevant part of the project proposal, will optimize the integration processes of students from the Roma ethnic minority in school life, promote empathy and cultural awareness, preservation and cohesion of the participants in the educational process. The total number of students involved in the project is 533 by 322 are Roma, of which 169 boys and 153 girls. The goals and activities of the project are consistent with long-term priorities of the strategy "Europe 2020" and the investment priority under the "Science and education for smart growth" from 2014 to 2020. The expected results of the project build schemes of the 2007-2013 programming period and correspond to the Action Plan of the Municipality of Krichim 2015-2020.
