"I KNOW AND MY"

The Know-and-Can project aims to help students from marginalized communities, build themselves up as full citizens and achieve social and creative fulfillment. The activities to be carried out are related to the establishment of extracurricular interest clubs and will contribute to the mutual recognition of students, including from the marginalized groups, to their education in a spirit of tolerance and to preserving and developing their cultural identity in an integrative multicultural environment . The project will be implemented for a period of 24 months by Sofia University "Dr. Peter Beron" in partnership with "Lyuben Karavelov" Primary School and Hristo Botev PSCI. The target group is about 589 students from Sofia University "Peter Petron Beron" "Lyuben Karavelov" Primary School and Hristo Botev PSCI, of which at least 64 are representatives of marginalized groups. competitions and festivals will be held and students will also participate in the celebration of holidays and festive events from the school's cultural calendar. The Sofia University "Dr. Peter Beron" will create: the Friends of the Book Club, the Green Patrol Club, the Mobile Reporters Club, the Young Athlete Club, and the Young Physicist Club. Holidays from the school's cultural calendar will be celebrated. Interest training camps will be held and competitions and festivals will be held. Football, table tennis and local lore groups will be set up at Lyuben Karavelov Primary School. A drum orchestra will be created at the Hristo Botev PSCI.  To promote the project, promotional materials and publications will be prepared. Some of the activities will be implemented for the first time, while others will build on already completed project activities.
