Together - for a happy childhood

The project “Together For - A Happy Childhood” project focuses on working with a specific target group, including children and parents from ethnic minority groups and marginalized community groups, whose social and personal realization is severely restricted due to social and psychological isolation. The main objective of the project is to create conditions for social inclusion of children from marginalized groups by improving their access to quality education. The specific objectives of the project are to: increase the quality of education in five kindergartens in small settlements located on the territory of the Stambolovo-Kardzhali 54 LAG and by improving the access to pre-school education in small settlements to reduce the number of unaccepted and drop-out children. Target group of the project: 130 children studying in the five kindergarten, partners in the project and 260 parents. The concept of the project includes the organization and implementation of activities aimed at mastering the Bulgarian language and developing social and communication skills of both children and their parents. As a result of the project implementation, the target group children will improve their language skills, will learn and apply new communication and social skills, which will help them to integrate fully into the next educational levels and to have better social and personal realization. Parents in turn will be more actively involved in the educational process and to support the development of their children
