"Vocational education - tradition and new opportunities"

The project proposal "Vocational Education - Tradition and New Opportunities" is aimed at 73 students from Vocational School of Economics "Racho Stoyanov" aged 14 to 18 years, studying in full-time, independent and dual education, 25 of which are from marginalized communities, including the Roma, their parents and all other stakeholders. The project proposal includes the following activities: improvement of access and motivation of students from marginalized groups for inclusion in the vocational education system, additional training for overcoming educational difficulties, interaction with parents; conducting information campaigns for inclusion in the system of vocational education among parents and children from the marginalized groups and promoting communication and joint activities between students from marginalized and non-marginalized groups, who study at the educational institution on the territory of Dryanovo Municipality through additional educational services. As a result of the project implementation the following results will be achieved: • Improving the quality of the educational process and acquiring the competences necessary for successful personal and professional realization. • Developing and improving reading and language literacy, overcoming educational deficits and increasing learning motivation • Formation of civic awareness, tolerance and respect for the ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of each student. Provision of conditions for intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual-moral communication, physical development and support of each student in accordance with his needs, abilities and interests, through additional educational services and effective use of MTB and TCB. • Involvement and involvement of the parent community for active participation in the educational process and in solving school problems.
