Colorful palette - innovation for inclusion

The project is aimed at improving access and outreach to children from marginalized groups in the pre-school education system by implementing innovative interactive forms of communication and interaction within the communities of educational institutions in the territory of Tundzha Municipality. The applicant and beneficiary of the project-Tundzha Municipality and the partners-the five kindergartens from the municipal educational infrastructure. It also includes activities aimed at municipal schools. It aims at implementing innovative, effective and efficient mechanisms to compensate for environmental deficits with a view to preventing early school leaving, enhancing the motivation of children and families and actively working with parents.The project contains activities and measures to attract and involve additional pedagogical specialists to work with children from marginalized groups;innovative interactive forms for interaction with parents;additional work with children, incl. during the summer months;improving the living conditions in the educational environment and other activities included in similar municipal programs. A Municipal Center for Innovation and Child Development Tundzha will be established to further work with children from marginalized groups, incl. during the summer months;a new model of working with parents will be implemented- Shared Spaces - consolidating the community with active parental involvement; an innovative form of prevention of early school leaving for the arts-based education system will be implemented-Traveling Theater Workshop for Children and Adults (parents and teachers); an attractive interactive model of community consolidation in educational institutions and increasing the motivation for active inclusion in their lives will be implemented - Paintball at village-in-school and in kindergarten; municipal children's assembly. It is entirely in the context of the Municipal Development Plan and the Municipal Roma Integration Plan.
