A new future for traditional professions in the digital age Focus: Towards new professional horizons through a humanitarian approach in an interactive classroom

The project offers a complex of interconnected activities and initiatives of innovative nature that will stimulate the interest of children from vulnerable groups and marginalized communities in systematic learning and full professional and life realization with the support of trainers, pedagogues, parents, using the challenges offered by the new information and communication technologies in the provision and use of Internet-based resources and electronic publications, textbooks and educational software. It aims at the full integration of Roma children in the educational process in its inseparable relationship with professional realization through learning in a modern and modern educational base with the aim of preventing early school leaving and successful personal realization after graduation. Through the application of interactive teaching methods, the Junior Achievement curricula for the elementary, junior and high school stages and the methodology of the international Reading and writing for critical thinking program will create an attitude and interest for stimulating personal and professional realization of students. Learning through empathy, role-playing games and simulations, interactive activities with the help of new technologies are in full harmony with the main priority axes of OP NOIR and through the qualitative change of the learning environment, which will be realized through the project with the construction of "Interactive classroom". Successful completion of all planned activities at the end of the project will achieve the main objective - to increase the internal motivation for training and professional engagement in the professions offered by the local company providing training and production training, and through joint activities with the parents of these students. all participants in the project will be motivated to create and follow their own plans for their professional career upon graduation.
