The project "Multicultural classroom - motivation, qualification and success" of the candidate Association BRTMI creates a broad partnership between an NGO and 13 educational institutions-kindergartens and schools, united to implement a set of activities aimed at improving the professional competencies of teachers, principals and other pedagogical specialists for work in a multicultural environment. The project sets specific goals, namely: analysis and assessment of the environment and preparation and/or updating of strategic documents for educational integration of children and students from ethnic minorities of the partner schools; raising the qualification of the pedagogical specialists by including them in a series of trainings for work in a multicultural environment; raising the educational outcomes of children and students educated in partner institutions by ensuring equal access to quality education for all. For a period of 32 months, 255 pedagogical specialists will participate in a series of short-term trainings for acquiring 1 to 3 qualification credits and in short-term trainings without credits for improving the efficiency of work in a multicultural environment. 5 educational mediators will also take part in the project.
