The total number of children enrolled in these schools is 1,565, of whom 823 are Roma. The planned activities include research of the specific needs of the educational specialists from each school, analysis of the environment and the collected information and adaptation of the planned training to each separate educational institution. The study will also cover parents of children and students from the partner schools in order to gather the most relevant information that will allow the planning of training in a way that corresponds to the local context and the needs of all participants in the local educational process. The planned training is certified by the Ministry of Education and bring (depending on the training) between 1 and 3 credits. The modules will be held both on-site (in the school itself) and outdoors when they require the long-term presence and active participation of students. According to the requirement of the procedure, the groups of trainees will be on average up to 10 participants. In addition to training with credit awards, there will also be training without credit awarding. The modules will be held both on-site / in the school itself / and outsourced, depending on the duration of the training. The interactive approach and the participation of all stakeholders are an important factor for the successful implementation of the planned activities. Except in quantitative terms, the implementation of the project is expected to increase the educational achievements of all children, including children from vulnerable communities, such as the Roma; and in the long term to improve the quality of the strategic and operational documents of the partner schools with regard to diversity, and to promote diversity management as a managerial approach.
