"Literacy - a bridge to inclusive social inclusion“

The project “Literacy – a bridge to inclusive social inclusion” will be performed by 94. School , Sofia, Hristo Botev. Associated partners are RWU – Sofia city and Municipal administration – Slatina region. The projects aims to provide access to literacy courses, adults and in an appropriate environment to compensate for literacy problems, as well as courses for acquiring competencies from the junior high school stage for 5,6,7 grade. The applicant will implement the following project activities: Act.1: Reintegration into the education system of persons over 16 years of age, dropped out of school and/or without primary education, through educational activities, mediation. Act.2: Literacy courses and acquisition courses competencies from the lower secondary stage of primary education for persons over 16 years of age. The project will build on the results achieved from the school, under project BG05M2OP001-3.004 “Adult literacy – Phase 1” as well as under the project “New chance for success”, OP NOIR. Through the implementation of the project will increase the capacity of 94. School for training of adults over the age of 16 will improve teacher’s qualifications for the job with people from vulnerable groups, the skills of ESDP for project management will be upgraded. The project will contribute to more effective cooperation and coordination between the school and the municipality administration, RWU of the Ministry of Defense, Sofia- city and others stakeholders on the basis of the implementation of the “Identification Mechanism and motivation of the target groups” –persons over 16 years of age, including roma people (gypsies), without completed classes from the primary and/or lower secondary stage; illiterate or weak literate persons; persons who have dropped out of the education system; unemployed persons, described Tue.11.4. from the Application Form.
