The main goal of the project proposal is to increase the motivation of students from marginalized groups to join vocational education by providing conditions for access to quality education by providing a suitable material environment in the High school for stonework-Kunino and conducting additional professional training in a circle in Modeling "We create together" and a circle in Stonework "My profession is as eternal as the stone" .The project activities envisage the establishment of workshops for Modeling and Stonework and the provision of furniture and equipment, consumables, teaching materials and modern equipment for the practical classes of the students in them.The circles will conduct training outside the curriculum in the specialty "Stonework", which is protected by the state since 2018.The students who are expected to be included in the implementation of the project mainly belong to the marginalized groups, including Roma, to whom an approach should be applied for their preser vation in the educational system and through the project activities to prevent their dropping out of school and vocational education.The training in each of the circles will be carried out by teachers with the necessary qualification, who will be assisted in their activity by an expert in educational activities.The project implementation period is 24 months.During the project period it is planned to include parents of the students in the circles and to present the work process and the secrets of the craft. "Outdoor green activities", work with eco materials, classes during the summer months by organizing plein airs, summer school and/or "workshops" are envisaged.The project costs are efficient, effective and economical, the structure of the budget and the requirements of the scheme are observed.The expected results are providing conditions for access to quality professional education; improvement of material conditions; conditions for increasing the number of integrated students.
