"Hand in hand"

In recent years,the number of children in the Municipality of Lukovit is decreasing,and the number of children from rom minorities is growing.For those children the Bulgarian language is not native,that fact makes it difficult for them to absorb the material and leads to their dropping out of kindergarten.Through the project "Hand in Hand" of kindergarten Zvanche we aim to attract and retain all children from marginalized groups subject to daycare,to provide conditions for their early integration and socialization in the education system by involving them in various activities with children.That way we guarantee them equal access,quality education, preservation and development of their cultural identity through various activities:1Activities to improve the access and increase the range of children from marginalized groups in kindergarten Zvanche and Zornitsa.Additional training in Bulgarian language for children to whom it is not native;attraction and inclusion of other pedagogical specialists;activities facilitating access to education for marginalized communities,activities with parents and supportingthe overcoming of negative public attitudes.2Separate and joint performances between children from the marginalized groups from the two kindergartens.The Partner kindergarten Zornitsa,Toros village.The project will be implemented of both kindergartens,from 06.21 to 06.23-24months.Participants will be children,teachers,parents.A total of 115children aged 3-7-40from ethnic minorities,15from mixed marriages and 62children from the majority,12teachers and 40parents(15Roma).The activities are in accordance with the National Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria for Roma Integration 12-20,also with the action plans for its implementation of the two municipalities Lukovit and Roman and the strategy on the CLLD approach of the LAG Lukovit-Roman.They will directly contribute to solving problems and achieving real and sustainable results in the field of educational integration
