„United in diversity“

The project proposal titled "United in diversity" is aimed at 96 students 1st – 12th grade from Slaveykov Secondary School, Tryavna, aged 7 to 18. The number of participants in the project who belong to marginalized groups (determined according to the proposed methodology, according to the objectives and specifics of OP SESG) is 36, including Roma, their families and other stakeholders. The project proposal includes the following activities: Additional educational services related to improving the quality of the educational process; developing and improving the key competencies set out in the WUA and overcoming educational deficits; formation of public self-awareness, tolerance for others and active citizenship in students (to ensure this activity will be created 12 extracurricular activities).  Hygiene and health  Mentality and health  Dreams and career  Life and traditions  Man - part of nature  Dangerous addictions  No war on the roads  I speak correctly  Cultural relations between nations  Let's read, play and learn English  Healthy nutrition  Therapeutic exercise; - Information campaigns and public performances of students related to the promotion of communication and joint activities between students from marginalized and non-marginalized groups, as well as the involvement of parents and the local community as a whole in school activities. In the Development Strategy of Slaveykov Secondary School the mission of the school is defined as: - to provide up-to-date and high quality training of competitive young people with a view to effective and multifaceted life realization; - to discover, preserve and develop the talent of each child so that he or she can live fully, happily acquire new knowledge and skills and grow as an independent, thinking and socially responsible person. The expected results from the implementation of the project "United in its diversity" fully correspond to the goals of the school set in the Strategy.
