Strengthening of the MA’s and beneficiaries administrative capacity and ensuring proper functioning of the MA and MC (logistic support, maintenance of facilities etc.)

The current project proposal aims to ensure the management and implementation of the Operational Programme "Science and Education for Smart Growth" 2014-2020 ( in the following main aspects: - strengthening and enhancing the administrative capacity and professional competencies of the SESG OP staff, responsible for the organization, management and implementation of the programme; - introduction of adequate and efficient systems in terms of management and implementation of the programme, inlduing using external expertise; - strengthening and increasing the administrative capacity of the beneficiaries of the Programme;  - providing the necessary modern technical facilities and logistic support for the effective implementation of the functions and tasks of management and implementation of the programme, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme management process. - ensuring the work of the Monitoring Committee of the programme, by creating the appropriate conditions for its functioning, according to the normative requirements as well as the logistics of the activities carried out by the subcommittees and the working groups.
