New opportunity for youth employment

Specific objectives targeted by the project proposal:  Acquisition of valuable first professional experience required for appointment to vacancies declared by employers;  Acquisition of professional experience of young people involved in the project;  Reducing stay in the labor market of persons from the target group by involving them in apprenticeship or training on the job with an employer;  Achieve higher levels of employment, income and social integration project included unemployed young people;  Achieve a combination of knowledge, skills, work habits and experience of young people involved in the project, corresponding to the requirements of the labor market;  Ensuring employers in the project with a skilled workforce, according to their specific needs;  Promote geographical and occupational mobility of young people involved in the project;  Motivate determined by the employer mentors through additional bonuses, job preservation and promotion of their authority in the workplace;  Ensure that continuity between generations in acquiring professional experience and practical skills through mentoring;  Ability to hire young people involved in the project of a permanent job after the internship or training on the job with an employer.  Providing the opportunity for young people involved in the project to 29 years of age to work in Bulgaria.
