"Activation, training and integration into employment of inactive young people"

I. General targets: • Sustainable integration into the labor market of those young people who are unemployed and are not engaged in education or training; • Increasing the number of economically inactive young people who are not studying and are aged up to 29 years who have been offered training, work. II. Specific targets: • Activation and integration into employment of young people aged up to 29 years who are neither studying, nor working and are not registered as unemployed people at the National Employment Agency; • Identification and motivation for active behavior on the labor market of inactive young people from the target group with following activities for their inclusion in continuous employment or education and training for acquiring professional skills and qualification and first/new chance for work of the inactive young people. III. Main activities: 1. Making a team. Project organization and management. 2. Project communication and publicity. 3. Identification of the economically inactive young people. 4. Professional orientation and activation. 5. Motivating training. 6. Carrying out vocational training for a part from second level of professional qualification – course of training no. 1 – ‘Builder’. 7. Carrying out vocational training for a part from second level of professional qualification – course of training no. 2 – ‘Landscaper’. 8. Sitting an exam and issuing documents of those who have successfully completed the training. 9. Employing the people who have successfully completed the training. 10. Making a final report. IV. Results: 1. Number of identified economically inactive young people aged up to 29 years: 50. 2. Professional orientation of the identified young people – 45 persons. 3. Motivating training of 45 persons. 4. Carried out training for obtaining professional qualification of 42 persons. 5. People included in subsidized employment – 40 persons.
