Your future is in your hands

According to the last Census 2011, the teenagers between 15 and 29 from Aksakovo region are 3666. The tendency during the last years shows leaving school at earlier age. The outcome is illiteracy, impossibility to find job and social isolation. Most of the teenagers, who have graduated don’t know how to search for a job, how to get qualification, how to go to active behaviour in finding job and rise their qualification. The degree of youth unemployment is high, in relation with the degree of unemployment in Aksakovo Municipality, which shows is that although the teenagers are registered, the level of education is not enough and the way of finding a job is not successful. The target group of the project is teenagers up to 29 years old, who are neither in education or training nor in employment, incl. they are not registered as unemployed in the Employment Agency of Aksakovo Municipality. In the project frame will be carried out information campaign, will be organized youth labour market, will be created internet site “Youth labour market-Aksakovo aiming identifying and activating minimum eighty teenagers of the target group to sustainable integration into labour market or increase of their education. Sixty teenagers will get opportunity to be involved in motivating and professional training, fifty of them will receive supported employment.
