The project envisages the identification of 80 economically inactive young people max.29 years old from the areas of Burgas,Varna,Plovdiv,Pleven,who are not in education or training and activation of their inclusion in the labor market.The identification will be carried out through an internet platform that will spark interest among these people.It will allow for an objective diagnosis and measure the level of knowledge and skills of young people,their interests and desires for a sphere for professional development.At the next stage the youth will go through motivational training for active job search.The youngsters will undergo language training and will be hired as Commercial Assistant,Consultant sales and Organizer conferences and events in employer-partner. The target group are economically inactive young people max 29 years old.From one side,the project meets the needs of the target group for assistance in their choice of the most appropriate sphere of development and from the other side-through the project will be connected the needs of the labor market preparation of the young people with the real dimensions and requirements.By participating in the project young people will be encouraged for active behavior on the labor market and in life in general. The project aims to prepare young people targeted for professional realization in modern conditions of life and at the same time to give an opportunity to form a personality capable alone to deal with the tasks resulting from the changes in life. As a result of the project there will be identified,activated and motivated 80 people,50 will undergo language training and will beemployed for 6 months.
