INCLUDED IN EMPLOYMENT, ACTIVE ON THE LABOUR MARKET

The general objective of the project is to contribute for activation and sustainable integration on the labour market of inactive young people, exposed to risk of social exclusion, including young people of marginalized communities in North Central Region. The specific objectives are: 1. Identification and motivation for active behaviour on the labour market of 50 inactive young people aged up to 29 from the town of Ruse; 2. Increasing the qualification characteristics of 50 persons form the target group through key competences training and vocational training for needed professions in the field of health and social services; 3. Including 50 persons from the target group in employment in health and social services. Target group of the project are inactive young people aged from 16 to 29, who have graduated X grade and/or graduated secondary/higher education, out of the educational and employment systems, who have not been employed for 4 months before their inclusion in the project, who have not been registered as unemployed during the last 12 months, including Roma from the town of Ruse. Main activities for achieving the project objectives: Identification of inactive young people from the target group of the project, implemented by key experts, following a Methodology of the Candidate; Motivation training for the 50 young people included in the project; Providing key competences training for the 50 young people included in the project; Providing vocational training for professions in the field of health and social services; The trainings will be implemented by the Candidate and are related to the positions, the persons form the target group will be hired for; Providing subsidized employment for the trained within the project young people. The employment will be provided by the Candidate and the partner MHAH Medica Ruse. The expected results are 80% of the included in the project young people to carry through the trainings and the provided employment.
