Active Together

This project proposal is designed with the idea the planned activities to correspond fully with the main purpose of the procedure "Active" – namely, young people under the age of 29, who are neither in education or training, nor in employment, and are not registered as unemployed, to be identified, motivated and integrated into employment, training or return to education. This objective will be accomplished through the following activities: - Identification of economically inactive young people under the age of 29 and activation of their inclusion in the labor market - Provide motivation training for active job search of the target group - Provision of training for acquisition of qualification "Worker in landscaping" 622 030 - I qualification degree - Employment of the target group as "Worker in landscaping" for six months - Publicity and information - Organization and Management As a result of the described activities the following results will be achieved: - Identified minimum 52 young people from the target group encouraged to actively conduct on the labor market - Increased motivation for job search in 52 young people - Increased qualification of 42 young people as a result of their inclusion in vocational training - Provided subsidized employment for six months for 34 inactive young people under the age of 29 on the position of "Worker in landscaping" - Training for professional qualification without providing subsidized employment for 6 persons. 10 of the identified young people will be encourage to registration in the Directorate "Labour Office" as job seekers. The above described activities will be addressed to the following target group 'economically inactive young people from 15 to 29 who are not in education or training and are not registered in the Directorate "Labour Office".
