"Activating and integrating young people aged less than 29 years in employment from municipality Aytos"

This project has the following main purposes : - To activate and integrate young people aged less than 29 years in employment from municipality Aytos, who are not engaged with work , education or training and are not registered as unemployed in AZ; - To identify and motivate active behavior on the labor market of inactive youth target group by participation in activities for involving in continuous employment, acquiring skills and training and the chance to work. By achieving these goals, the project will guarantee a reduction in the level of unemployment in the region for the age group 29 years. To achieve them it is provided the inclusion of local organizations from different levels of interaction - management structures, schools, youth and other responsible organizations. The project foresees activities related to the identification of economically inactive young people, based on research and information campaigns and events. Also a priority in this project proposal is the inclusion of the target group in activities that will form their active attitude of the labor market, it will support their social inclusion and reduce the risk of failed realization. In this context, it will develop activities that will encourage young people up to the age of 29 targeted for inclusion in employment and their successful realization on the labor market, namely: - Vocational guidance and activation; - Motivation training; - Vocational training for qualification in the profession "Landscaping worker " in "Landscaping and Floriculture" - Vocational training for qualification in the profession "Assistant construction worker" in "Basic and finishing procedures"; - Recruitment of young people who has successfully graduated training. Achieving goals through the successful implementation of project activities, slowly but surely will lead to concrete and lasting results.
