Activated, motivated and emploied in Sadovo Municipality

This project proposal is intended to be implemented in partnership between Sadovo Municipality as a candidate, Association "EnterprisingYouth" and "Informa" Ltd as partners. The activities planned for implementation are aimed at identifying and motivating the labor market economically inactive young people from 15 to 29 years, who aren’t in education or training, and activation of their inclusion in the labor market. In addition, the project envisages conducting motivational training for identified youth with the aim persons from the target group to acquire knowledge and skills for successful orientation in the labor market and adapt to its requirements. Provided the project follow-up activities are aimed at providing training for acquiring professional qualification in connection with the real opportunity to have employment after training in Sadovo Municipality - candidate and employer on the project. Activities under this project proposal aimed at this vulnerable target group include the employment of persons after passing the necessary training for acquiring professional qualification for up to six months. In order to success fully implement the planned project activities that are directed towards economically inactive young people from 15 to 29 years, the project proposal includes activities for the organization and management, as well as organizing in formation and publicity in the implementation of which will strictly complying the conditions of the Managing Authority.
