Youth guarantee in Lukovit

The project proposal will imply for first time the "youth guarantee" principle in the municipality and will offer concrete possibilities for young people between 15 and 29 years who are not in employment,education or training.The project is based on a holistic approach-from identifying the eligible young people up to providing concrete quality proposal.The implementation of the project is foreseen to take place in partnership with Centre for vocational education "Scientific and technological union-Pleven", license No200712487.The project includes-identification of non-active economically young people up to 29 years who are not in education or training and using active measures for their inclusion in the labour market.This activity will implement an active approach combing together the NP"Activation of non- active persons" and the Methodology for activation and at the same time will respect the principle of avoiding overlapping of activities,target groups and double funding.An information campaign will be held within the frames of the activity and it will be done in two stages-information and identification and the second-information and organisation with field survey.Some 100 economically non-active young people are to be identified as result from the activity:Motivational training-this activity is key for the project and two things must be bared in mind-on one hand the motivation is the most important factor for this target group and on the other-the experience of the partner organisation.Some 100 economically non-active young people are to be included in this activity;Professional training for 55 percons in the following fields-landscaping and floriculture, worker engaged in production of culinary products in catering and entertainment premises, main and finishing activities, tourist guiding; hiring of 81 from the target group for six months for the positions - landscape worker,hygienist, gardener, kitchen assistant worker, maintainable worker, tourist guiding.
