Activation of young people from the municipality Kaynardzha

The project aims to realize actions for activating the youth of Glavinitsa aged 15 to 29 including who not working, not studying and not looking for opportunities to work or study. They have over 430 persons total in the municipality live in small settlements with very low economic and social indicators and are mostly of Turkish or Roma. To achieve the objective of this project will implement the following activities: identification of young people under 29 who do not study, do not work and are not registered in the Labour Office; contacting and activating at least 50 of them to be included in the project. The focus will be aimed at young people with primary or lower education and young people of Turkish or Roma origin who form the target group of the project. The included 50 young people will participate in motivational training for support for involvement in training or employment. The partner in the project - Association "Regional Innovation University" will conduct training in the professions "Computer Operator" and "Painting works" for 50 young people. Successful completion of training will enable young people to acquire knowledge and skills that are widely applicable to contemporary, including local low-functioning labor market. Kaynardja Municipality will provide the first job in the profession to 40 young people completed training and they will work 6 months as a computer operator or Painter, buildings. The choice of professions and positions is justified of the possibilities of territorial distribution in the settlements, and the needs of the community to carry out socially useful activities to enhance the type of public buildings and terrains in villages and modernizing the administrative structures of activities in the municipality.
