Active on the local labor market

The project proposal is relevant to the objectives of OP HRD 2014-2020, and has contributed to the implementation of two of the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" - increasing employment and combating poverty and social exclusion. Overall goals and objectives of the project are in accordance with Specific Objective 1 investment priority 2 Priority 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs." They also contribute to the achievement of the basic and specific objectives of this procedure BG05M9OP001-1.002 "assets" and also part of the planned strategic and programming documents for the development of the Municipality. The project complements local initiatives and partnership approaches in the implementation of the 2014-2020 NPIEGM. Activities to achieve the general and specific objectives: Identification of economically inactive young people to '29, activation to their inclusion in the labor market or the ongoing project training and employment; motivational training in the skills of active behavior and involvement in training or employment process; Vocational training in the profession "Landscaper" and "Office Secretary"; Employment to 6 months by the acquired professional training positions "Gardener" and "technical assistant". EXPECTED RESULTS: identified activated supported in the selection of possible "path" at least 60 young people from the target group in municipalities Glavinitsa, Tutrakan, Isperih, Sitovo /413/, 60 motivated young people as a result of conducted motivational training, 50 young people with acquired vocational training qualifications and 45 of them worked for a period of 6 months on corresponding positions for the profession. PLANNED INDICATORS: minimum 60-activated up to 29 years in municipalities Glavinitsa, Tutrakan, Isperih, Sitovo and 45 of them leaving the project included in training, acquiring education / skills or employment, incl. as self-employed.
