Active on the Labor Market

The project proposal is focused on the identification and activation of at least 70 NEET young people between the age of 15 and 29, living in Kardjali District and Haskovo Municipality. The projects plans for the following: identification of NEET young people (29 years or younger) and activation of the identified young people on the labour market according to the Methodology attached, provision of vocational training by a licensed Vocational Training Center to 35 representatives of the target group for “Paramedics” (third qualification level) and provision of daily scholarships for the trainees, employment of 30 of the trainees who have successfully completed the training as paramedics by the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance in Kardjali for a period of 6 months (subsidized employment) and employment of 5 of the trainees who have successfully completed the training as paramedics in the Emergency Ward of the Multi-Profile Hospital for Active Treatment “D-r Atanas Dafovski” AD in Kardjali (unsubsidized employment), returning to education and training of at least 25 NEETs and directing all other NEETs to registration in the Labour Offices to be included in other operations and for information on other opportunities to participate in the labour market. The project plans for an activity for project organization and management and information and publicity activity in compliance with the Common Manual of the Beneficiaries for the Application of the Information and Publicity Rules 2014-2020. All project activities plan for specific measures for the application of the horizontal principles for equal opportunities and lack of discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
