Re-Fresh for active life and integration of youth

This project proposal is prepared in line with the objectives set out in the National programme "Activation of inactive persons"' goals, as well as those of the procedure of selection of projects BG05M9OP001-1.002 "Active" The target group in the project proposal is economically inactive young people from 15 to 29, who are not in education or training and do not register with the Directorate of Labour Office. Activities for the implementation of this project are: identification of 100 persons from the target group: 60 in Ruse district and 40 in Plovdiv district, including those of ethnic origin; providing psychological support, in case of necessity; 75 of them will undergo vocational training and motivational training upon request by employer, and 60 of them, those who showed the best level of the input test at the KK 4 Digital competence will be trained in this KK; subsequent subsidized employment provided by the Applicant and its Partner – Training Centre Ragina Ltd. and Ragina LTD in their capacity as employers. This will lead to the following effects: Overcoming the causes leading to the inactive behaviour of individuals from the target group, acquisition of professional knowledge, key competencies and social skills, and development of work habits in real working environment during subsequent employment; Achieve a synergistic effect of usefulness – for themselves: as an opportunity to overcome social and economic constraints in the realization and achievement of personal development, and as for the partners of the project, it will create an opportunity to offer subsequent employment of young people, trained accordingly to the stated needs, and to enhance their capacity for management and implementation of projects. In both cases there is a contribution to the realization of national labour market policies’ priorities and the aspirations of our country to build capacity for the absorption of funds from the ESIF with effect on sustainable development.
