The project aims to activate and urge towards employability and/or education 60 economically inactive young people aged 15 – 29 years old from Yablanitza municipality, to motivate them for active behaviour on the labour market through provision of individual consulting, professional orientation and motivational training, vocational training for part of the profession “Baker – confectioner”, specialty “Production of sweets and beverages”, 2nd grade, and digital competences training, and to provide training, education and/or employment of successfully trained people. The specific objectives are: 1) To identify 60 economically inactive young people from Yablinitza municipality, who are neither in education and training, nor in employment; 2) To prepare the identified people and to motivate them to actively participate in the labour market; 3) To train 45 of the identified 60 young people for part of the profession “Baker – confectioner”, 2nd grade, and on digital competencies, so as to improve their capacities for successful inclusion on the labour market; 4) To provide long-term employment of the trained young people in the field of confectionary. 45 of them will be hired on 6-month labour contacts at Vivian1 Ltd, and the others will be urged to continue their education, training and/or to register at the Labour Office. As a result of the project, 60 young people from Yablanitza municipality with unsuccessful realisation on the labour market will be supported to actively participate in the economic and social life of the region, and 45 of them - to take part in training or employment, as well as to improve their professional qualification, and in that way – to improve the living conditions as of themselves, as well as of their families.
