We believe that investing in training to enhance the professional competence of the target group representative will ensure sustainability of the results achieved. Within the project one will provide subsidized employment of 70 persons in the field of hotel business. To this end, three employers have been attracted as project partners. The project proposal includes activities for the organization and management of the project, as well as activities for information and publicity. The successful realization of the project will increase the adaptability of the target group representatives and will create conditions for a sustainable and rewarding employment. This, in turn, will have a positive impact on their current status and problems and will contribute to improving quality of life and will enhance their social inclusion. The expected benefits of the project will occur right throughout the implementation of activities and will have a long – term effect on the target group.
