Sustainable integration in the labor market of young people in partnership with "PIRS-D" Ltd.

"PIRS-D" Ltd. is a construction and investment company founded in 1994. Manager of the company Eng. Botko Ivanov Mihaylov - graduate civil engineer-constructor with a total of 25 years of professional experience in design, construction and management of construction enterprise. The company specializes mainly in the implementation of high-rise buildings - new construction and renovation of public and industrial buildings (offices, shops, bank buildings, industrial warehouses) and residential buildings (apartment buildings and single-family houses). The main activity of the company is construction. "PIRS-D" Ltd. maintains average number personnel about 32 people, including qualified management, technical and executive. During the execution of projects financed by international programs in period 2001 - 2005 "PIRS-D" Ltd. employs long-term unemployed. This project proposal aims to activate and integrate in employment young people to 29 years incl., who are neither in education or training nor in employment, incl. not registered as unemployed with the Employment Agency. Project activities will be aimed at the identification of 80 inactive young people from the target group. "Pirs-D" Ltd. provides motivational training for active behavior on the labor market and subsequent actions for the continuous employment of at least 75% of the identified youth.
