"For the youth of Ardino municipality - our present and future"

In recent years, in the territory of Ardino municipality is growing group of young people who are not employed and do not participate in any form of training or education. Factors for this are objective and are determined by the state of the labor market (unemployment, employment, income, working conditions) and subjective - passivity and weak motivation to learn and work. At the same time, given their lack of experience and work habits, they often are not preferred by employers. Last but not least, a part of young people with low education and /or professional qualification, have left the education system prematurely and their chances for advancement without mediation and support to enhance their employability are minimal. The project is designed to achieve precise identification of young people from these groups and determining their specific needs is indispensable for proper targeting of existing services and measures for their activation and the development and implementation of new differentiated services and measures training and employment in the future. The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Ardino - candidate, in partnership with NGO "Local Action Group Ardino - Dzhebel" and the "Avicenna Foundation for Dissemination of knowledge and social activities" The main activities consist of: activities organization and management; Awareness activities, publicity and transparency; identify activities - making contact with inactive youth to organize informal gatherings; Providing motivational support for their activation; Providing Trainings for vocational qualifications and key competences in the field of language learning in order to achieve employment, personal fulfillment, social inclusion and active citizenship in the dynamically changing conditions in the labor market Providing employment from 6 months to 30 inactive young adults up to 29 years
