This project is in response to the need to roll down, finding and making contact with young people under 29 years of age who do not study, do not work and are not registered as job seekers in the "Labour Office". The main reasons for inactivity are the lack of jobs appropriate to their education and skill level, lack of qualifications, skills or work experience and others. Active behavior on the labor market of these people depend on complex factors - economic situation, supply of labor, social security and tax burden, adequate activation policy and others. Inactives are potential to increase labor supply. Activation of long-term unemployed and inactive persons is an important priority of the labor market and is determined both by the need to increase the workforce to sustain economic growth and in terms of social inclusion. To be effective actions by activation is required individualized approach to persons of that target group.
