Sustainable integration in the labor market of young people from Sliven, who are at risk of social exclusion

The main objective of the project is to identify inactive people at age 18-29 years and to motivate them to participate in the labor market or continue their education. The process of identifying unemployed people, who are not involved in any form of education or training and are not registered in the "Labour Office"(LO) will include mobile work among communities at risk and receiving information from the following institutions: Regional Inspectorate of Education, schools, organization of people with disabilities, municipal administration, NGOs and LO. The target group will be motivated to study or actively participate in the labour market after the end of the identification process, through: motivational interviews, lectures, discussions, outreach and volunteer initiatives as well as practical demonstrations, illustrating the real work and results of the occupations "worker in landscaping" and "assistant builder". At the end of the motivational activities a poll will be conducted. The poll will determine the individual work with each member of the target group in the future. Opportunities for participation of 80 people in trainings for the occupations "worker in landscaping"and "assistant builder" will be provided. The occupations are tailored to the needs of the local labor market. The trainings will be held after completion of the identification and motivation of the target group, and receiving the results from the poll. Sliven Municipality, as a beneficiary of the project, will employ 60 persons in profession "worker in landscaping" and "assistant builder" for up to six months. The experience, gained during those months, will be a prerequisite for easy integration in the labor market. The information and publicity activities will focus on the role of the ESF and OP HRD for the realization of project and at the same time will cover all activities with the target group - motivational campaigns, trainings and employment in the municipality of Sliven.
