ACTIVATE through training in employment

One of the most important problems of our society is the continuously growing youth unemployment.This provokes us to BE ACTIVE and answer to the important priorities of the policy of labor market , also the need to increase the workforce to sustain economic growth , including all ethnicities in the municipality. For Ruse , one of the high levels of unemployment is in Vetovo Municipality - 36.6%. Based on the figures above it becomes clear that, if we want to handle with the high unemployment rate in the municipality must adequately react and take the necessary effective measures in this direction.The project is aimed at solving the problem of youth unemployment in the municipality Vetovo and the need for the youth to be enabled and supported in the process of their motivation and vocational training for work.The project ensure utilization of competences and skills through training complex, which will accelerate the transition from unemployment to employment of unemployed persons involved. Vetovo Municipality considers that the implementation of the planned project activities will answer the projected in PLA 14-20 Priority 5: Creating conditions for the promotion of employment, education, training and social integration in Municipality Vetovo, Specific objective 1 : Reducing the unemployment by implementing measures to ensure the employment. Through implementation of project activities it will be provided access to the labor market for the young people, through training they will adapt to their needs through the complex of services and training available to them.During the education the unemployed young people will be informed, motivated, guided and consulted in order to involve them actively in the labor market.The expected results are related to more effective prevention and reduction of youth unemployment.
