"Support for inclusion in the labor market of inactive young people from the municipality of Vratsa"

The project meets identified needs of young people in the municipality of Vratsa, to receive support for learning to seek and find work, professional qualification and work experience. Its overall goal is motivating the active behavior on the labor market and integration into employment, of young people under 29 years of age incl., who do not study, do not work and are not registered as unemployed at the Employment Agency. The specific objectives are related to the identification of inactive young people from the target group, facilitating their access to information about the specifics and opportunities in the labor market and the education and training, creation of presentation skills to appear before the employer, raising the qualification. The project aims to provide employment to inactive young people and motivating them to actively market behavior. The project activities include conducting informational meetings, active work to make contact with the target group, psychological counseling and referral to a variety of learning opportunities and employment. There are planned motivational courses and training for acquiring professional qualification, provision of subsidized employment, activities of information and publicity and of organization and project management. As a result, it expects about 70 young people from the target group to have a personality profile to identify their needs. More than 75% of them will have increased awareness on topics related to the labor market and acquired skills for successful self-presentation to the employer. As a result of project activities, 50 youths will have acquired professional qualification in “Landscaping and Floriculture”, 53 youths will be given the opportunity for employment.Through the implementation of the project will raise the awareness of the local community about the possibilities of the OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020 to support social inclusion of inactive young people up to 29 years including.
