The project proposal of the Municipality of Balchik scheme BG05M90P001-1.002 "ACTIVE" was developed in response to problems caused by the presence of hundreds of young people who neither study nor work, nor wish to seek employment.The opportunity to apply with a project proposal in order to find these young people and motivate them and support them to participate in the labor market, we take as a challenge. The aim is not only to make these young people register as unemployed at labor offices but to actually improve their skills and qualifications to have a chance to realize on the labor market. The activities included in the project will help to facilitate the transition from education to employment for young people with unsuccessful realization on the labor market. As a result of the project activities 80 young people from the target group will undergo a motivational training and will be directed to register at the Directorate "Labour", 60 of them will be included in training for acquiring professional qualification, and 45 will be employed in municipal enterprise "BKS" - Balchik.
