"Education and Employment of inactive youth in Dolni Dubnik municipality"

Project “Education and Employment of inactive youth in Dolni Dubnik municipality“ is focused on rousing economically inactive youth at age between 15 and 29, who are neither in educational process or registered as actively searching for a job in “Labour Office”. The project will start with the identification of 60 young people from the target group, including representatives of the Roma community. With each of the identified young people will be conducted an individual session for motivating them to register themselves at the Labour Office, including them into apprenticeship or training programs and further employment. Prior to the training programs the project participants will pass through motivational training for development of active behavior and skills in the labour market. They will receive an assistance for choosing their professional qualification. The provided options are professional qualification training in a part of profession “Ecologist” or in a part of profession “Security Guard”. The motivational and professional education will be carried out by the project partner “DEKSI CONSULT” Ltd. Both of the education programs will be held in town of Dolni Dubnik. During the programs the participants will receive a grant for every attended day, as each participant from Dolni Dubnik will receive 10 lev per day and those from the villages – 15 lev per day. An exam will be conducted at the end of the professional qualification programs and the participants who pass the exam successfully will receive a certificate for professional education. After the professional qualification program, the participants will be employed on a 6-month contract according to their professional qualification. The youth will be working in Dolni Dubnik and in the villages in the municipality. After the project the young people will have improved chances for successful professional development in the labour market due to the obtained professional qualification and work experience.
