In accordance with the objectives of the procedure ACTIVE the project proposal provides for all foreseen objectives 1/activation and integration into employment of young people up to age 29 who are neither in education or training nor in employment incl they are not registered as unemployed at employment agency 2/identifying and motivating for active behaviour in the labour market of inactive young people from the target group, with follow-up activities for inclusion in continuous employment, training or return in education 3/facilitating the transition from education to employment of young people with the failed implementation in the labour market 4/inclusion in training, getting a new chance to work, as well as the acquisition of job skills and qualifications or targeting a return in the education system of the young people who are neither in education or training nor in employment incl they are not registered as unemployed at employment agency The project proposal provides for all eligible activities in the procedure ACTIVE as follows 1.Organization and management of the project 2.Determination of executors of project activities in accordance with the Decree 118/20.05.2014 3.Identification and activation of inactive young people 4.Providing motivational training 5.Training for acquiring of professional qualification 6.The employment of persons from the target group by providing subsidized employment 7.Information and publicity of the project It is planned to achieve the following specific results: -100identified and activated persons -76persons achieved target results -72motivated people in the labour market -48persons trained -40employed persons -28returned to the education system persons -24recorded at Directorate of Labour Office persons For carrying out the project activities it is planned to be involved as project manager, team members and key experts highly qualified with long experience professionals and experts in the relevant fields
