“MOTIVATION AND TRAINING FOR SUCCESSFUL INTEGRATION OF INACTIVE YOUNG PEOPLE IN MADAN MUNICIPALITY AT THE LABOR MARKET”

The current project is under the procedure for granting of fin. assistance BG05M9OP001-1.002"ACTIVE" within the PA 1,HRD OP(2014-2020).Project duration:12 m.(with an indic. date for the conclusion of Grant contract:01.2016).GEN.OBJECTIVE:Activation and integration of vulnerable group in the labor market - economically inactive young people /YP/ under 29 years old and who are not in education or training by improving their qualifications and providing jobs in Madan mun., resp. increasing their economic activity, professional realization and strengthening the practice of lifelong learning.SPEC.OBJECTIVES:To be identified economically inactive YP under 29 years old and who are not in education or training,and motivate for active behavior at the lab.market;Improving the qualification of inactive YP from the target group through conducting of motivational training for active job searching;Increasing the economic activity, professional realization and affirmation practice for lifelong learning of economically inactive YP under 29 years old and who are not in education or training, by providing training for professional qualifications;To be provided jobs in Madan mun. of persons from the target group by the project,with follow-up activities for encouragement inclusion in continuous employment,training or return to education.ACTIVITIES:A1:Identification of economically inactive YP under 29 years of age including on the territory of Madan,who are not in education or training, and activation of their inclusion in the labor market;A2:Organ. and conducting of motivational training for active job searching for 52 people;A3:Providing training for acquiring professional qualification "WORKER IN THE LANDSCAPING"–26 p. and "ROAD CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT"-26 p.;A4:Hiring of 39 persons from the target group of positions “LANDSCAPING WORKER" and "ROAD MAINTENANCE WORKER" for a period of 6 months;A5:Information and Publicity of the Project;A6:Organization and Management of the Project.
