Increasing motivation, vocational training and employment levels of economically inactive young people in Zlataritsa Municipality

The project proposal is aimed at increasing the opportunities for realisation and sustainable integration into the labour market of inactive young people up to 29 years of age, through various actions to activate them and train them in vocational qualification for suitable employment. This will contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the HRD OP in implementing the Europe 2020 strategy in the field of employment, prevention of poverty and social exclusion. The project proposal envisages the following activities that will enable the acquisition of active behaviour on the labour market among young people: Action 1: Identification of economically inactive young people under the age of 29, who are not in education or training, and their activation for inclusion in the labour market. Activity 2: Provision of motivational trainings for active job seeking. Activity 3: Provision of training for acquiring vocational qualification and key competences. Activity 4: Provision of employment for target group members for a period of six months in Zlataritsa Municipality. Activity 5: Organisation and project management. Activity 6: Activities for dissemination and publicity to promote the project, HRD OP and the support of the ESF. The activities set out in the proposal cover a target group of young people between the ages of 15 and 29 who are unemployed, outside of education and are not registered as jobseekers. Representatives of the target group are residents of the city of Zlataritsa and the adjacent villages: Novo Selo, Sredno Selo, Slavovitsa, Rodina, Rosno. After acquiring vocational qualification in Construction, Landscape worker and training of the Key competence 2-Foreign languages, the members of the target group will be appointed to the suitable positions in Zlataritsa Municipality for a period of six months.
