Active young people in municipality of Vulchi dol

The project aims to intensify, creating work habits and tackle the risk of social exclusion among young people in Vulchi dol through vocational training and employment. The project implementation will approved the municipal policy of the administration to stimulate the development of local labor market by providing employment for young people and taking them out of the group of inactive persons. Ti achieves a change in the behavior pattern of the target group. The target group consists of economically inactive young people from 15 to 29 who are not in education or training and are not registered in the "Labour Office". The main activities of the project are: 1. Organization and Management 2. Identification of economically inactive young people under 29 years old and who are not in education or training, and activation of their inclusion in the labor market in Vulchi dol 3. Conducting motivation trainings for active labor search 4. Provision of training for obtaining of professional qualification 5. Hiring persons from the target group for a period of six months 6. Information and Publicity The implementation of the project achieves social effect, which consists in overcoming the consequences of long-term unemployment for one of the most vulnerable target groups, young people without qualifications and work experience of up to 29 years old. This means that people who pass through the trainings and those who are employed in this project will get greater chance to overcome their dependence on social benefits and gain work habits.
