Activated and motivated young people from the Municipality of Loznica

The project aims to activate the inactive and discouraged young people from ages of 15 to 29 years of Loznica municipality, their integration on the labor market, creating conditions for sustainable employment through their involvement in different activities. The activities start with the identification of young people trought a special methodology as a result of which will determine their needs and development opportunities, we will do formal and informal meetings and focus groups to inform the target group to identify problems and evaluate their decisions, to continue education, to register in the Labour office, to be involved in vocational training and employment. We plan to engage 28 youth people in this activity. 28 persons will participate in a motivation training in order to return to education, take part of a training of professional qualification, employment for a period of six month, or to register as actif jobseeker. 2 persons will returned in the education system or do registration in Labour office and 26 young people will be trained on the job "Worker landscaping", Specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture" and Profession "Construction worker" in "Basic and finishing ". 100% of the successfully finished the training - 26 young people, will be accommodated to work of the candidate - Loznitsa municipality for six months. To achieve the objectives and results, we will create a broad partnership between VTC, NGOs and employer Municipality, will engage with others employers, local authorities, media, stakeholders. Activities will be implemented in compliance with the horizontal principles - equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the recruitment and involvement of the target group, gender equality in the selection and inclusion of the target group, sustainability of project results. Achieved as a result of the partnership will be advertised with convenient communication strategy and will enable to upgrade and sustainability.
