Employers and Trade unions together for youth employment

The current project's main purpose is,as follows: Integration into the labor market of 50 inactive young people aged from 15 to 29,who are living on the territory of Plovdiv,Maritsa,Rakovsky,Brezovo,Sadovo,Parvomay and Asenovgrad. The specific project objectives are,as follows: 1.To be created sustainable model for identification and activation of inactive people into the labor market 2.To be created new Labor MotivationCenter by the Leading organization in behalf of unemployed and inactive people on the labor market 3.To be created sustainable model for social partnership between employers and trade unions in the area of work force identification,activation and motivation,in order to help investors to start fast and easy their business activities in the region of Plovdiv 4.Establishing the possibilities for sustainable employment of 50 target group members 5.Satisfying the necessity of the project-partner"ABB Bulgaria”Ltd to create new jobs The above-mentioned specific objectives will be realized by the implementation of the following activities: 1.Identifying and engaging of the inactive young people on the territory of the municipalities ofPlovdiv,Maritsa,Rakovsky,Brezovo,Sadovo,Parvomay and Asenovgrad.;2.Motivational training of50young people,activated on the labor market;3.Key competence foreign language training in behalf of 6 people from the target group;4.Ensuring the employment of 50 identified and engaged young people;4.Organization and management;5.Publicity and visualization. The current project target group includes all young people aged between15and29,who are currently not employed,educated or trained.The task to integrate these young people into the labor market will be realized by the means of a successful model of social partnership between employers and trade unionsThe work in famous corporation, which is strategic investor in Bulgaria,would be a great chance for these young people to ensure themselves a real sustainable employment.
