Active young people from Municipality Kozlevo

The project proposal provides for activation of inactive and discouraged young people from vulnerable groups of up to 29 years, Municipality Nikola Kozlevo, integration into the labor market of those young people, creating conditions for sustainable employment through their involvement in various activities. Initially, they will be identified developed for the project methodology, the result of which will be determined their needs and opportunities. We anticipate this activity to engage 28 youth. 26 of them will be included in motivational training to return to education, enrollment in training for acquisition of professional qualification and job placement for a period of 6 m. Or directed to register as jobseeker. We anticipate a minimum of 2 persons to be returned in the education system or to register with the Labour Office. After acquiring the motivation for inclusion of 26 young people will undergo vocational training 13 of them will be included in the training profession "Worker landscaping" and 13 young people involved in the training profession "Construction worker". 100% of the successfully completed training - 26 young people will be accommodated to work at the project partner - Municipality Nikola Kozlevo for a period of six months. To achieve the objectives and results will create a broad partnership between VTC, NGOs, TSIPO and employer Municipality will engage with other employers, local authorities, media and stakeholders in strict compliance with the horizontal principles - equal opportunities and non-discrimination in recruitment and involvement of the target group, gender equality in the selection and inclusion of the target group, sustainability of project results, creating a good practice as a result of the partnership and the ability to build on achievements. Achieved as a result of the partnership will be advertised with proper communication strategy and will enable to upgrade and sustainability.
