Activation and employment of up to 29 age youth in Momchilgrad Municipality.

The project proposal is aimed at identifying the economically inactive young people up to age 29, including living in Momchilgrad municipality, who are not in education or training, and their subsequent activation for the inclusion in the labour market. The target group of the intervention are economically inactive young people from 15 to 29, who are not in education or training and are not registered in the Directorate "Labour Office", living in Momchilgrad municipality. That we going to achieve through the activities, as follow: 1. Activities by identifying and targeting the economically inactive young people up to age 29, by conducting: 1.1.information campaigns and events; 1.2.job fairs; 1.3.individual work with the identified persons: -individual profile for determination of needs; -inclusion in targeting training; -making a connection with the applicant, in its capacity of employer and recruitment assistance; -motivation to active job search and facility the registration of inactive persons in the Directorate "Labour Office" to Natioanal Employment Agency. 2. Provide motivational training for active job search, for 30 persons from the target group. 3. provision of training for the acquisition of second level of professional qualifications in vocation 622020 Landscaper and digital competence for a minimum of 30 persons, in relation to a specific opportunity of employment after training. 4. The recruitment of 24 persons from the target group of posts, in accordance with NKPD-2011-6113-1003 Gardener for up to 6 months. 5.Publicity 6.Project management Planned results (Key Indicators): Inactive participants from 15 to 29, including, into education or training at the check-out operation are involved with education/training, receive training or have jobs – minimum 24 persons Inactive participants from 15 to 29, outside training or education, included in the identification – minimum 30 persons
