Activated and motivated young people from Zavet Municipality

The project aims at activating the inactive and discouraged young people from the ages of 15 to 29, municipality of Zavet, their integration in the labor market, creating conditions for sustainable employment through their involvement in a series of activities. The activities started with the identification of young people tailor methodology as a result of which will be determined their needs and development opportunities, will conducted formal and informal meetings and focus groups to inform the target group to identify problems and evaluate their decisions, guidance to education, registration in Labour Office involved in vocational training and employment. We anticipate this activity to engage 28 youth. 28 people will participate in activities - motivational training to return to education, enrollment in training for acquisition of professional qualification, job placement for a period of 6 months or targeting registration in the Labour Office.We predict 2 people to be returned in the education system or to register in GT and 26 young people will be trained on the job "Worker landscaping" Specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture." 100% of the successfully completed training - 26 young people will be accommodated to work with the applicant - Municipality Zavet for six months. To achieve the objectives and results we will create a broad partnership between municipalities and NGOs and will engage with others like employers, local authorities, media, stakeholders. Activities will be implemented in compliance with the horizontal principles - equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the recruitment and involvement of the target group, gender equality in the selection and inclusion of the target group, sustainability of project results. As a result of the partnership proper communication strategy will be advertised and will be enabled to upgrade and sustainability.
