Support of economically inactive young people up to 29 years of age to acquire active behavior on the labor market and have enhanced job opportunities

This project proposal aims at supporting economically inactive young people up to 29 years of age to acquire active behavior on the labor market and have enhanced job opportunities. It is planned with a duration of 19 months and the project activities will take place on the territory of two regions - Stara Zagora and Haskovo. Within this period four target groups of activities will be realized: 1. Identifying by name and contact details young people of the target group by performing an information campaign and information days. The information campaign is a complete media, Internet and advertising campaign and includes the creation and distribution of audio and video materials. Information days are held to ensure direct communication and contact with young people from the target group. 2. Motivation training of 40 young people from the target group within four days in each city, which will include group counseling and group classes for acquiring practical skills and competences for applying for job offers 3. Conducting vocational education training for acquiring a second professional qualification degree in specialty "Sales consultant for a profession "Sales consultant”. 4. Employing of 24 persons who have been trained by "Bright Publicity" EOOD and forming a sales team of the company. Additional mandatory activities are for providing accurate, timely, appropriate and lawful management and reporting of the project activities and is carried out through the process of project management. All project activities will be accompanied by measures for information and publicity which will emphasize on the communication of the support of the Youth Employment Initiative and the ESF.
