Youth employment - guarantee for the future

Project "Youth employment - guarantee for the future" aims activation and integration of young people to the age of 29 in the municipality of Krumovgrad, which are not included in either the education or training nor in employment, including not registered as unemployed in the Agency of employment. The project is aimed at identifying and motivating inactive youths targeted for active behavior on the labor market, with follow-up activities for inclusion in continuous employment, training or return to education. Persons falling within the target groups of the project will have the opportunity for training, to improve their standard of living, social inclusion, inclusion to the community the opportunity to actively participate in the labor market and a new start in life. The implementation of the project in the municipality of Krumovgrad will support young people to adapt to new jobs to meet the rapidly changing and requirements of the labor market. The project will help overcome poverty and social exclusion by creating new jobs. To achieve the targets set identified and included in the project youth to undergo training and motivational training for acquiring professional qualification. Motivated and skilled young people will have the opportunity to include in continuous employment. They will be employed in the structure of Municipal Administration of Krumovgrad for a period of six months. The acquisition of professional qualification and adaptation of inactive youths to the real working environment will greatly enhance their capacity for effective social inclusion and tackling social exclusion. After completion of the project the municipality will have a motivated and trained young staff, which will have a greater chance of realization of the labor market. Professionally qualified inactive young people will gain greater adaptability to the labor market.
