Improving access to employment for inactive young people in Byala Slatina Municipality

The project proposal is developed in response to resolve the problems caused by the presence of a large number of young people outside the labor market in Byala Slatina Municipality, who do not study, do not work and do not wish to seek for a job. The main reason for inactivity of young people is the lack of qualifications and work experience. The higher unemployment among young people is the major obstacle for their realization in the labor market. On the other hand, the chances for realization of inactive young people without mediation and support are minimal. The last two years, the number of economically inactive young people in Byala Slatina continues to grow. This caused the development of the present project, which aims to reach out the inactive young people in order to work with them. The implementation of the project will allow to identify these young people, motivate and provide them better prospects for the realization of the labor market. The project will give a chance to less skilled young people for labor market inclusion. The target groups of the project are inactive young people up to 29 years old. The expected results: - Enable young people up to 29 years old who do not work, do not study and are not registered in the "Labour Office" - Integration of the labor market of young people up to 29 years old - Enhancing the ability of young people up to 29 years old to get work - Social inclusion of inactive young people up to 29 years old Promoting active behavior among the representative of target groups will be ensured by implementing the following activities: 1. Identification of economically inactive young people 2. Provision of training for acquisition of professional qualification 3. Subsidized employment Out of these, the successful and effective implementation of the project and dissemination of results will be secured by the following activities: 1.
