Activation and employment of young people of Municipality of Sevlievo

The project proposal is aiming at strengthening labor activity and employment of young people under 29 years of age, who are neither in education or training nor in employment and they are not registered as unemployed. The target group of the project consists of 60 inactive on the labor market young people between 15 and 29 years on the territory of Municipality of Sevlievo, who are neither in education or training nor in employment and they are not registered as unemployed. Project activities: 1) Identification of inactive on the labor market young people under 29 years old and who are not in education or training, and activation of their inclusion in the labor market; 2) Motivational training for active job search; 3) Skills training for acquiring a part of the profession "Ecology", third degree; 4) Subsidized employment of 45 young people from the target group in the administration of the municipality of Sevlievo; 5) Information and publicity; 6) Organization and project management. Expected results: - Psychological assistance for acquisition of active behavior on the labor market of at least 70 young people; - Raised motivation to start working 60 unemployed; - 60 young people acquired new knowledge and techniques of effective communication in the workplace and improve their skills in business ethics; - 60 young people from the target group of the project participated in the training for the acquisition of new knowledge and practical skills in the profession "Ecology", specialty "Ecology and Environmental Protection"; - at least 45 young people of the target group successfully completed training for acquiring professional qualification in the profession of "Ecology", specialty "Ecology and Environmental Protection" of graduates; - Provided subsidized employment to 45 youths from the target group at Sevlievo municipality for a period of six months; - Achieving a positive social impact in the labor market in the municipality of Sevlievo.
