Activation of inactive young people through sustainable partnership between Foundation “For Intelligent Growth”, “Security Holding” JSC and “Handy-tel” Ltd.

The current project application unites the efforts of organisations, interested in resolving the youth unemployment problem on the country’s territory, and includes activities, related to:  identification of people, inactive on the labour market – through a series of informational events 100 /one hundred/ inactive persons should be identified;  consulting of the identified people;  professional training – training courses on professions, applied by the partner employers, are going to be organised and held;  providing employment – those representatives of the target group, who have successfully completed professional qualification and key competencies trainings, will be covered by funded employment. The activities set express the social responsibility of all the partners in the current project application to the representatives of the project’s target group. The activities, intended to provide training and employment in combination with career guidance and consulting of the identified inactive young people under the age of 29 in order to support them in choosing a profession and a desirable way of future career development, will give all the partners an opportunity for participation in the process of securing access to employment and quality working places for the representatives of the target group.
